Our client is looking for an ACE Engineering Manager (Java Product Development)
MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING EXPERIENCE IN PRODUCT DEVELOPEMENT
Work with product management to understand the product requirements.
• Guide developers on coding style and best practices.
• Participate in design, review, implementation, and integration testing
• Complete consistent, hands-on work with UI design, coding, and architecture verification.
• Establish J2EE application architecture practice within the development team
• Champion the evolution of our J2EE application architecture
• Provide guidance and direction on the J2EE standards, policies, and best practices
• Provide guidance and recommendations on development methodologies and frameworks
for projects as well as Java and J2EE technologies
• Maintain and enhance existing frameworks and high software standards.
• Mange and Track teams in terms of Work and Deliverables .
• Must have atleaset experinece full lifecycle experinece on 3 or 4 product developments
KEY TECHNICAL SKILLS NEEDED

• HTML 5, JQuery, Angular JS , Node JS
• Java, JSP, J2EE, JDBC, Servlets, Struts, Web services SOAP & RESTFUL, Activiti 5.0,
JHIPSTER, Spring, Spring Boot, JPA, Spring Security, OAuth2, JWT,
• Exposure towards Web Sockets
• Mongo DB, MySQL, DB Visualizer, Pouch DB, SQL Lite,
• Exposure towards Python, Flask, Kafka/MQ
• Custom Application Images using Docker, Jenkins, Bit bucket, Confluence .
• Custom Application development using Native Mobile platforms.
• Exposure towards Hybrid mobile application / Cross platform application development.
• Solution Architecture in AWS
• Scrum, Agile, Kanban, Test Driven Methodologies
• Ability to design the Distributed Architecture
